Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered cherry.

A surprisingly complimentary showcase for the Luxardo Maraschino. Very nice, if a tiny touch too sweet (for me). Very much on point though. Impressive even. (16 Jan 2024, 6:51p)

As I am not the big Luxardo lover I used 2,25 cl grapefruit juice. Tasty, although Luxardo still dominates the grapefruit. Next time I will reduce Luxardo to 1cl and also cut back the lime juice a bit to get a better balance.
