Recognisably a Last Word but noticeably zestier and not as rich.

i think this just proves the genius of the last word. this is perfectly nice but the cointreau makes it sharper and less rounded than the OG. it also pushes it towards margarita territory, which is not needed for a last word. maraschino is king.

I'm a huge Chartreuse fan but this drink was too much lime and, dare I say, too much Chartreuse, for my taste.

I liked it but next time would do 1/2 shot of Cointreau, as I found it a bit sweet. Might make the gin a full shot. On the whole, easy to enjoy, easy to make!

Nice take on a Last Word. True much zestier with the triple sec.
