16 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
56 oz Pineapple juice
56 oz Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda
56 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco

Garnish: Pineapple wedge and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with grapefruit soda and sparkling wine and briefly stir.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Georgi Radev at Laki Kane in London, England. Georgi's original recipe called for Ting grapefruit soda rather than pink grapefruit soda.
