How to make:
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 fl oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
5/12 fl oz | Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup |
1/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/24 fl oz | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
1 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |

History:
Adapted from a recipe created by bartender Takumi Watanabe. Takumi's original recipe doesn't use fresh raspberries, instead, he uses 15ml homemade raspberry syrup (made with 200ml fresh raspberry juice and 150ml sugar).

- 1.3 standard drinks
- 19% alc./vol. (38° proof)
- 17.9 grams of pure alcohol
