Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
12 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Patron Reposado Tequila
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (US)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Mint sprig

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of glass. Add tequila, lime juice and sugar. Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir) with bar spoon. Fill glass with more crushed ice and churn some more. TOP with soda, stir and serve.

You have to be very bored of traditional mojitos to try this one - this doesn't do it for me. Given the tequila base maybe agave nectar instead of sugar syrup?
