Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Monkey Shoulder Fresh Monkey
16 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters optional
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

Scotch new make spirit replaces light rum in this Daiquiri riff which also benefits from a combination of lime and lemon juices.
