Made this again on a hot summer night. Use Jamaican white rum and added 1/2 oz 151 Demerara Rum. Added heavier rum notes (which I love) and brought out a more of the rum flavours as well as enhanced the grapefruit. Perfect to cool down.

What a great drink for the summer. Used a blond Jamaican rum to add a little of the rum taste. Think this would also be great with a little flavoured rum like pineapple or passion fruit.
