Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 fresh Passion fruit (fresh)
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. Wash and cut a fresh passion fruit in half. SCOOP out the seeds and flesh of both halves into your shaker.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with lemon slice wheel.

Review:

This fruity adaptation of the classic Collins may be a tad sharp for some: if so, add a dash more sugar.

Definitely one for sour palates. I would even suggest for wetter palates, reducing the lemon juice as well, maybe to 30ml.
