Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 fresh Passion fruit (fresh)
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon slice

How to make:

Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh into shaker. Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.

Review:

This fruity adaptation of the classic Collins may be a tad sharp for some: if so, add a dash more sugar.
