12 oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
4 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine

POUR Pimm's and orange curaçao into chilled glass and TOP with chilled champagne.

Review:

Most recipes for this cocktail are merely Pimm's and champagne, but this mix is disappointing and a waste of champagne. Orange curaçao adds some much needed fruitiness, but even then, there are better cocktails and better ways to drink both Pimm's and champagne.

I would agree with the review that is are much better ways to use Pimm's or Champaign.

This was OK. I agree with the review. Did try with cutting the dry curacao by half, add one dash of orange bitters and 1/4 oz Raspberry liqueur. Was a little sweeter, but seemed to blend altogether.
