Ingredients
1 1/2 fl oz Fruit cup liqueur
1 slice Orange (fresh)
1 slice Lemon (fresh)
1 slice Cucumber (fresh)
2 slice Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 fl oz Lemonade
2 1/2 fl oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprig

Method

  1. POUR Pimm's into glass half filled with ice.
  2. ADD fruit and fill glass with more ice.
  3. TOP with equal parts lemonade and ginger ale (or just use lemonade, or ginger ale).
  4. Briefly STIR.

Garnish

  1. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

I like to increase the Pimm's to a 1:2 ratio of Pimm's to mixers, and to make it simpler I often sub in a lemon-lime soda like Sprite for the mix of ginger ale and lemonade.
