Serve in a Coupe glass
7.5 ml | Chilli liqueur |
7.5 ml | Monin Ginger Syrup |
7.5 ml | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
7.5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
15 ml | Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
37.5 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
60 ml | Jamaican aged blended rum with funk |
