Ingredients:
23 oz Framboise/raspberry eau-de-vie
12 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe
1 23 oz Sauvignon blanc wine

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of float mint leaf .
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created for Giffard's West Cup in 2022 by Claudio Bedini from Sydney, Australia. This cocktail won the Australian final of the competition to earn its originator a place in the final, where he came tantalisingly close to taking one of the top three places. Claudio's original recipe comprised: 35ml Giffard Menthe Pastille, 15ml raspberry eau-de-vie, and 70ml Val de Loire sauvignon blanc wine.
