Adapted from a recipe created for Giffard's West Cup in 2022 by Claudio Bedini from Sydney, Australia. This cocktail won the Australian final of the competition to earn it's originator a place in the final where he came tantalisingly close to taking one of the top three places. Claudio's original recipe comprised: 35ml Giffard Menthe Pastille, 15ml raspberry eau-de-vie, and 70ml Val de Loire sauvignon blanc wine.
