This is a fun and dense cocktail with body. Using Tempus Fugit banana liqueur, the banana flavour predominates with gently supporting cherry and pineapple notes. The designated Giffard is lighter and would, I am sure, allow the other flavours through more readily (alternatively, I need to reduce the Tempus Fugit proportion). Assuredly a flavoursome find!

I agree with your notes on the difference between Giffard and Tempus Fugit. Helpful for others. Thanks.
