Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
1 oz Disaronno amaretto
1 oz Irish cream liqueur
1 oz Single cream/half-and-half
2 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of banana chunk .
  3. BLEND ingredients with 6oz scoop of crushed ice.
  4. Pour into glass.
  5. Serve with straws.

I used relatively substandard brands, as well as 90 ml of half and half subbing for the dairy. Incredible drink! Liquid banana milk shake. Didn't even have a proper mixer, just a substandard food processor, haha... Airy, floating, not too sweet. Oh boy... Fearing I may incorporate this recipe into a morning smoothie, oooohhhh...

My wife thought this was delicious... The Giffard Banana du Bresil is very upfront with the banana flavor and the Luxardo Amaretto adds a nice toasted marzipan like quality to the finish... Top notch stuff...
