8 fresh Raspberries
2 oz Absolut Raspberri Vodka
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Giffard Crème de Framboise

How to make:

MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

My Wife's new best friend. Better with fresh raspberries but will do with frozen. Tries with Absolut and Whitley Niell raspberry vodkas. The better one is with Absolut.
