Ingredients
1 1/2 fl oz Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno
1/2 fl oz Chamomile/Camomile liqueur
1/2 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

How to make

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (discarded) and skewered white grapes.

Method

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  2. Garnish with skewered white grapes.

Used Milla Marolo as a chamomile liquor.

Turned out great! Although I have to say that I've used the most basic grappa from a store nearby, I suspect that more expensive one will definitely "mellow" the cocktail

I am currently preparing a bottle of homemadd camomile liqueur, as soon as it‘s ready (takes about a month‘s time) I‘ll try all the respective recipes :)
