Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Raspberries
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
3 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare raspberries for garnish.
  3. MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with raspberries.

Made it with raspberry puree as fresh fruit was not at hand. Light, well-balanced, drinks like the review and a welcome summer refresher.

Cannot abide Raspberry so cannot give a personal judgement but my wife liked this one - though much better with a shot of simple syrup as I use unsweetened Cranberry juice
