How to make:
SHAKE first seven ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Rutte Dry Gin|
|3/4 fl oz||Ginger & lemongrass cordial|
|1/2 fl oz||Krupnik spiced honey liqueur|
|1/4 fl oz||Passoã passion fruit liqueur|
|3/4 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1 fl oz||Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)|
|2 dash||Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Ginger Ale|
