Garnish:

Pineapple wedge & Luxardo Maraschino cherry

How to make:

SHAKE first seven ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.

1 1/2 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
3/4 fl oz Ginger & lemongrass cordial
1/2 fl oz Krupnik honey liqueur
1/4 fl oz Passoã liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
