How to make:
SHAKE first seven ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.
1 1/2 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
3/4 fl oz | Ginger & lemongrass cordial |
1/2 fl oz | Krupnik spiced honey liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 fl oz | Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) |
2 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Ginger Ale |
