Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 14 oz Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu sake
34 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
34 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura optional
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Very delicate, refreshing and pretty. It's nice to see someone hauling Sake out of the boring Martini rut and playing with juice.

As someone who isn't a big Cosmo fan, I thought this was good. The sake comes through. Bitters is a good choice, too.
