Serve in a Coupe glass
| 2 1⁄4 oz | Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu sake |
| 3⁄4 oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
| 3⁄4 oz | Cranberry juice (sweetened) |
| 1⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura optional |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
