45 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Lavender sugar syrup
45 ml Kaffir lime leaf
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
