2 dash	Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
1 dash	Orange Bitters by Angostura

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and 2 skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
Garnish with 2 skewered maraschino cherries.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2018 by Lynn House, Chicago, Illinois. One of a long line of Manhattan variations named after the five New York City boroughs and their 'hoods.

Review

A Manhattan variation created to help promote US-made Dubonnet Rouge, but is best made with French Dubonnet Red, or indeed another red quinquina.
