I followed Loz Horner to this tropical corner of Diffords. What a destination!
I added a touch of saline and used fresh passion fruit.

Lovely. Like Simon we also used passion fruit liqueur. Worked perfectly. Light smoke mezcal rather than a heavy one. A delicate tropical treat.

A very, very pleasant easy drinking cocktail. No fireworks, just pitch-perfect and subtle balance. We didn't have passionfruit syrup (which we sometimes make) and so we substituted 7.5ml of Chinola liqueur. If you're the shy, retiring type maybe this is the Margarita for you.
