Review:

Louise's sweetness is balanced by lime sourness with contrasting rich fruity flavours. Louise may lack poise, but she's flavoursome.

As my wife is called Louise this my go to. Sweet, slightly tart and girly, she loves them. As passion fruit are so much more readily available now this is a good one. Ten years ago this would have been the province of cocktail bars only. The only change I have made is to use Disaronno as the amaretto. Otherwise made as is.
