Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
12 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
14 oz Chilli liqueur
3 dash Fee Brothers Celery bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of sweety drop red pepper.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a sweety drop red pepper dropped into cocktail.
