Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of sweety drop red pepper.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

gave this one 5 stars. I think it's pretty easy to go off the rails with martini variations but this is so well balanced. this is one where I'd like to try the Ancho Reyes Verde since the flavor is a bit more crisp which I think would elevate this even more.

I wanted to love this so much! I had the Ancho but probably not the best gin for this and a house vermouth. Going to get better ingredients and try again. Thanks for the review!
