Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Mint leaves
1 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
1 oz Bison grass vodka
3 12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
14 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Mint sprig

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker just enough to bruise. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Review:

Long and refreshing with a flavour reminiscent of caramelised apple.

History:

Created in 2003 by Milo Rodriguez at Raoul's Bar, Oxford, and named after Beetlejuice, the Tim Burton black comedy about a young couple whose premature death leads them to a series of bizarre afterlife exploits.

How did Raoul's not have this when I was at Oxford???
Can imagine i will be making many of these and riffs off of it; if only to use up some of the passion fruit syrup i keep for my nieces 'porn stars'!
