1 2⁄3 oz | Monkey Shoulder Fresh Monkey |
2⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Sichuan pepper rim
SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with ginger beer.
