POUR all ingredients into glass and the n add ice to fill.
1 2/3 fl oz | Monkey Shoulder Fresh Monkey |
1/6 fl oz | Caisteal Chamuis peated scotch whisky |
1/3 fl oz | Difford's Falernum liqueur |
1 2/3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Tonic Water |
1 2/3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Any G & T drinker should appreciate this brilliantly simple yet complex cocktail. The funky new-make spirit, peated whisky and falernum combine brilliantly with the quinine notes of the tonic water.
