Bought a bottle of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur and decided to try this cocktail. Sitting in the garden on a hot summers night the cocktail had a distinctive cake flavour with lemon undertones - quite delicious ?

Ok tried this and liked it, though swapped the hazelnut for amaretto… delicious! Reminds me a lot of the Enzoni. I wonder if the lemon juice could be substituted for grapefruit or something as there’s already limoncello…
