We are just common folk and did not have fresh blackberries to hand for the garnish. So we fashioned our own garnish from lemon and lime peel. We used Patron Silver Tequila and Briottet Crème de Mure. This is a delicious cocktail and although it contains a frightening amount of syrup, it is perfectly balanced and would recommend to anyone who likes Tequila.

Have been enjoying this site since lockdown and tried lots of different Negroni’s. Our latest favourite version is - Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Punt E Mes and Ramazzotti Amaro. We would love to hear from anyone who is prepared to try this, to see what they think or even Simon himself giving it a try ?
