Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
20 ml Passoã passion fruit liqueur
40 ml Haku Vodka
40 ml Passion fruit purée
30 ml Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
30 ml Yoghurt (natural)
30 ml Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial
10 ml Briottet Fraise de Bois liqueur
0.9 ml 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
15 ml Monin Tonka bean syrup
