Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 inch Cucumber (fresh)
5 fresh Raspberries
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Absolut Raspberri Vodka
12 oz Giffard Crème de Framboise
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries.
  3. MUDDLE cucumber and raspberries in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with skewered raspberries.

I was hesitant to try this cocktail as it has a low Discerning Drinkers rating. I'm glad I did - it's lovely!
