Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 12 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Refreshing, but found the hint of mint from the Galliano seemed a bit off. On the whole, it is a nice cocktail and easy to drink. Would be great on a warm afternoon to cool off.
