| 2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |

| 1 fl oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
| 1/6 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
| 1 dash | Bob's Grapefruit Bitters |
| 1/2 fl oz | Chilled water/mineral water (omit if using wet ice) |
Garnish: Grapefruit zest twist (discarded) & dried apricot
Serve in a Martini glass
