2 spoon English orange marmalade
2 shot Capucana Cachaca BUY
½ shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 dash Angostura Orange Bitters BUY
½ fresh Egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist

Comment:

Tangy sweet and sour marmalade flavours combine with the distinctive grassy notes of cachaça.
