¹⁄₃ fl oz	Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel (dehydrated).

Method

DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify.
SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with lime wheel.

Just as it says on the tin, recognisably a Margarita in style, loaded with almond nutty milky goodness, which also gives it an attractive frothy head (hence the use of a dry shake).

Really refreshing after some hard work in the sun - maybe a bit dangerous even, it's very easy to drink. Love the light froth and the delicate agave notes
