1 | fl oz | Chartreuse Verte (Green Chartreuse) Liqueur |
¼ | fl oz | La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Superieure |
⅛ | fl oz | Berentzen Apfel Korn (apple schnapps) liqueur |
½ | fl oz | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
1 | fl oz | Pressed apple juice |
¼ | fl oz | Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
½ | fl oz | Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) |
How to make: |
Lightly MUDDLE coriander in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. |

Bright green and intensely flavoured but considering it is flavoured with absinthe and chartreuse, it is surprisingly subtle. |
