Serve in
a Martini glass...
1 fresh Coriander (cilantro) leaves
1 shot Green Chartreuse liqueur
¼ shot La Fee Parisienne absinthe BUY
shot Apple Schnapps liqueur
½ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 shot Pressed apple juice
¼ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ shot Chilled water(omit if wet ice)

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE coriander in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Coriander leaf

Comment:

Bright green and intensely flavoured but considering it is flavoured with absinthe and chartreuse, it is surprisingly subtle.
