Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
1 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
2 dash Peach bitters
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Sounds much better then it tastes. Very weak tasting, like a watered down dish of ice cream.Do not recommend.
