SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Vanilla sugar syrup |
2 dash | Peach bitters |
1/2 fl oz | Pasteurised egg white (or aquafaba) |
