Ingredients:
1 candied Hibiscus flower in syrup
3/4 fl oz Absolut Pears Vodka
3/4 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
Top up with Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make:

Place hibiscus flower in base of chilled glass. Add rest of ingredients and gently stir.
