3⁄4 oz | Absolut Pears Vodka |
3⁄4 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
Top up with | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist (discarded)
Place hibiscus flower in base of chilled glass. Add rest of ingredients and gently stir.
