1 candied Wild Hibiscus flower (jarred)
¾ fl oz Pear flavoured vodka
¾ fl oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Top up with Brut Champagne

How to make:

Place hibiscus flower in base of chilled glass. Add rest of ingredients and gently stir.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist (discarded)

Comment:

Pear and elderflower champagne over a candied hibiscus flower.
