Glass:
Serve in a Flute glass
| 1 candied | Hibiscus flower in syrup |
| 3⁄4 fl oz | Pear flavoured vodka |
| 3⁄4 fl oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| Top up with | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist (discarded)
How to make:
Place hibiscus flower in base of chilled glass. Add rest of ingredients and gently stir.
