¾ shot Pear flavoured vodka
¾ shot St Germain Elderflower Liqueur BUY
Top up with G.H. Mumm Brut Cordon Rouge Champagne BUY

How to make:

Place hibiscus flower in base of chilled glass. Add rest of ingredients and gently stir.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist (discarded)

Comment:

Pear and elderflower champagne over a candied hibiscus flower.
