How to make:

Place hibiscus flower in base of chilled glass. Add rest of ingredients and gently stir.

1 candied Hibiscus flower in syrup
3/4 fl oz Pear flavoured vodka
3/4 fl oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
Top up with Brut Champagne
