Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Absolut Pears Vodka
56 oz Elderflower liqueur
56 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge on rim.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Made a change & used Clear Creek Pear Brandy (eau-de-vie) .

Really quite sweet. I think I'll drop the elderflower amount and raise the vermouth

A bit too sweet for me. I upped the vermouth content to make it more palatable.
