Serve in a Martini glass
| 1 oz | Absolut Pears Vodka |
| 1⁄2 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| 1⁄2 oz | Sauvignon blanc wine |
| 1⁄2 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
Garnish: Apple fan
How to make:
DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients to emulsify. Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.
