1 oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
12 oz Bottlegreen Cox's Apple and Plum Cordial
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Mango purée
12 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
34 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. SHAKE other ingredients with ice and carefully strain into glass so this second layer floats on first.
