A very nice relaxing cocktail. One my wife and I feels could be made a little longer, is by adding more sparkling wine. Intention is to try another day and report

Was not expecting this cocktail. It is perfect for a brunch or afternoon. Much, much better than a mimosa. The Armagnac adds a touch of luxury and the Grand Marnier the necessary sweetness. Perfect.

Made this today and rather enjoyed it. How did we come across this one you might ask (or not lol:). I did a random cocktail choice 5 times but didn’t fancy any and my limit is 5. I told my husband this and he went to the book and opened a page randomly and from the many over two pages he chose this because of its name. We only have vieux Armagnac but it did the trick.
