²⁄₃ fl oz	Blood orange juice
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
6 drop	Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
2 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and blood orange wedge or dehydrated slice wheel.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
Garnish with blood orange wedge or dehydrated slice wheel.

This was REALLY good. It is blood orange season, so I bought a few. A dry , blood orange forward cocktail that was not too sweet. A definite addition to the blood orange season.
