1/2 fl oz	Elderflower liqueur
1/2 fl oz	Jasmine tea (cold)
1/3 fl oz	Strucchi Dry Vermouth (chilled)

How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare mint leaf for garnish.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with mint leaf.

Like all martinis (though it's not labelled as such), it's best ICE COLD. Otherwise, this would be scored lower.

Great cocktail. I really like Jasmine tea, so after trying the original (which is great), I doubled the Jasmine tea. It’s a little softer with more Jasmine tea.
