- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (flamed).
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:
Created in 1985 by Neal Murray at Fog City Diner in San Francisco, USA. This cocktail was added to the menu at BIX, San Francisco in 1988 and was still on the menu in 2006 when I first discovered this riff on a Cosmopolitan.
