Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
35 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
5 ml Extra virgin olive oil
10 ml Oolong tea
3.8 ml Honey
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Egg white
