This was really lovely! I added 0.75 oz of lemon juice on my second go-around, and I ended up also really enjoying this cocktail as a sour.

This is a really good cocktail. It’s a hot evening on our patio and this is perfect. I used Perrier sparkling water as we didn’t have soda water. 2:1 St Germain to calvados

Topped up with 60 mL soda and it was sweet and refreshing. Tastes like an adult version of Danish “hyldeblomstsaft” concentrated elderflower juice.
