| 1 oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
| 1 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 3⁄4 oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄4 oz | Monin Passion Fruit Syrup |
| 1⁄4 oz | Monin Grenadine Syrup |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of apple slice.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Created in 2006 by Gregor de Gruyther at Ronnie Scott's in London, England, and named for Betty Rizzo, the leader of the Pink Ladies in the film Grease.
