Ingredients:
1 12 oz Cachaça
12 oz Blended Scotch whisky
34 oz Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Outstanding. Used Clement Canne Bleu instead of Cachaca. Wonderful flavours of rhum and Scotch. Perfectly balanced. A great evening sipper.
