Method

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of place 3 hazelnuts on ice.
STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Just as it says on the tin, an Old Fashioned with subtle hazelnut notes. Hazelnut-flavoured sugar syrup is key to this recipe, which is even tastier when made with a roasted hazelnut syrup.
